Lesson 6 of 12 · Module 6 · Be useful

Answer real buying questions

What it is

Begin with customer questions, not an arbitrary blog quota. 1. Gather recurring questions from support, returns, reviews, on-site search and available Search Console queries. Start with five; expand toward 20. Remove names, addresses, order details and other personal data. 2. Label discovery, evaluation, purchase readiness or post-purchase support. 3. Choose the best page: product-specific compatibility belongs on that product; broader selection may need a collection guide or comparison. 4. Interview a specialist, document verified specs, original photos/testing methods and limitations. Connect claims to your evidence register. 5. Lead with the answer, then conditions and next steps. Use readable question headings and explain unfamiliar terms. Length follows usefulness; there is no required SEO word count. 6. Link relevant products and collections naturally. 7. Verify generated drafts before publishing. Rewriting a supplier claim does not substantiate it. Keep unknown facts unresolved until checked. 8. Record the change date; review qualified visits, product views, support outcomes and conversions. Support content can reduce returns or assist a later purchase without last-click revenue. Worksheet: Question | Source | Journey stage | Best page | Verified answer | Evidence | Product link | Owner. Write one good answer before scaling.

PDF: print and write by hand. Spreadsheet: edit in Excel or import into Google Sheets. Keep completed copies private; answers are not uploaded.

✓ Good example

A fictional bag retailer answers laptop-fit questions with verified compartment dimensions, not screen size alone.

✗ Common mistake

Inventing compatibility, using customer personal data in an AI prompt or producing thin pages for every small question.
