Terms of Service

Your account

Give accurate details, keep your sign-in secure, and tell us if someone uses your account without permission. You're responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what your team members do. You must be at least 16 to use the service.

Credits

• Paid checks use credits. The app shows the price and asks you to confirm before every paid action. If you turn that confirmation off in Agency Settings, you agree you'll be charged for each paid action as soon as you run it.
• Credits are charged only once results are saved. Failed checks aren't charged.
• Monthly plan credits expire at the end of each billing period. Top-up credits expire 12 months after purchase. Monthly credits are used first.
• Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred, except within your own workspace.
• Prices in credits can change. Any change applies to checks run after it.

Plans and payment

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Fees are shown on the pricing page before you buy, and taxes may be added. We'll give notice before changing the price of an existing plan.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Billing questions and refund requests go to our support team. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Affiliate program

Commissions follow the rules on the affiliate page at the time they're earned. Second and third level commissions require an active paid plan. Commissions are reversed if the payment they came from is refunded or charged back. Exchanging commissions for credits or subscription credit is final, and those commissions can't be paid out in cash afterwards. We may withhold commissions earned through spam, self-referrals or other abuse.

Your data and your clients' data

You keep ownership of what you add and the reports you create. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service. If you add a client, you confirm you have the right to use their information and to invite them to a portal. You control which portal sections are shared, including links anyone can open. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

• Don't send spam, or use outreach features to contact people unlawfully.
• Don't try to access other workspaces, get around credit charges or limits, or overload the service.
• Don't resell raw data from the service as your own data product, or scrape the app.
• Don't use the service for anything illegal or misleading, including fake reviews.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Data accuracy and results

Search, map and AI answer results come from third parties and change constantly. They're shown as they were when the check ran. Rankings vary by location, device and time. AI-written drafts and recommendations need human review before you use them. We don't guarantee any ranking, traffic or revenue result.

Service changes

We're always improving Local-SEO.com, so features may change. We aim to keep it available but can't promise it will never be interrupted, for example by maintenance or by outages at our data providers.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, like lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time, and you can ask us to close your account through help and support. Unused credits are lost when an account closes. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we make important changes, we'll update the date above and tell signed-in users. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new terms.
