Lesson 4 of 5 · Descriptions

Match what the searcher wants

What it is

Write the title and description around the reason someone is searching: price, speed, trust, location.

Why it matters

When the snippet answers the question in someone's head, they click you over the competitor.

✓ Good example

A 'roof repair cost' page mentions free estimates and typical price ranges.

✗ Common mistake

A cost page whose description only talks about company history.

You pass when: Titles and descriptions mention the service, the place and a reason to choose you.
