Publish an XML sitemap
What it is
An XML sitemap lists every page you want found. Submit it in Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, and list it in robots.txt.
Why it matters
It helps search engines discover new and updated pages faster, especially on newer sites with few links.
✓ Good example
/sitemap.xml lists all service, location and blog pages with recent dates.
✗ Common mistake
A sitemap still listing deleted pages, or none at all.
