Lesson 17 of 28 · Reviews and reputation
Reviews that mention services and towns
What it is
When asking for reviews, gently prompt customers to mention what you did and where.
Why it matters
AI tools read review text. Reviews that say 'fixed our sump pump in Rochester' help you show up for that exact question.
✓ Good example
Your review request says: 'It helps others if you mention the job and your town.'
✗ Common mistake
Hundreds of reviews that only say 'Great!'
You pass when: Customers naturally mention what you did and where.
